your new home using our computer data base. We
will meet you at your land and review your requirements for building on your

We use the latest computer programs to be able to give you a
wide variety of information. "CAD" Computer Aided Design, estimated
closing cost and pre-paids, estimated total house payments, total cost of new homes, and
many other services are available.
We have an architectural design program available at no
additional cost to you. We will help with the designing of your dream home and then
build that home for you.
I began work in the construction field by framing homes and apartments.
I have developed sub-divisions with other builders and have built new homes,
condominiums and apartments. I have built over 400 homes in the
greater Kalamazoo area.
As a professional builder, I believe buying a new home is one of the most
important decisions you will ever make. We will work hard to help you make all the right decisions in the
construction of your new custom built home. We have a thorough knowledge of the building codes and the
requirements that your new home might require.
If you have a floor plan of your own, we will be glad to work with you
in the construction your new home. If your would like changes made to
your floor plan, we can help you with our "CAD" system. We often alter
designs to meet our customers' needs.
I have been active on the local, State and National levels as we lobby to ensure that mortgage money will be available. I have
worked on the Michigan Home Builders Association "MSHDA" sub-committee for many
years. I
am a National Life Director for the National Association of Home Builders. NAHB completed work on a new International Residential Code for new homes. I
also served on the Small Volume Builders Committee at NAHB. Many new books have
been provided by this committee, i.e. Put It On Paper, Management Ideas That Work,
Residential Construction Performance Guidelines and many others. I
serve on the State and Local Home Builders Association as one of the directors.
